  Whilst researching on line 'things to do and places to see' in Tasmania I came across the Woodbridge Smokehouse and I decided to order a side of cold smoked salmon and see what they had to offer. I am a foodie and I have eaten some surprising wonderful things all over the world and without doubt, this is the finest smoke salmon I have ever eaten. What a wonderful achievement and when we make our visit to Tasmania I am going to visit the smokehouse and bask in the glory!

  I wasn't sure what to expect but they had delicious smoked fish with great view.

  visited today. Friendly welcoming service. Beautiful products. We enjoyed the tastings and will enjoy the ocean trout purchased.

  A wonderful place with fantastic salmon and to die for ocean trout. Heidi the hostess was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. A must visit location.
